Yes! There are general things that we wish to measure. These include such things as ‘bottom line’ results we want to achieve, any structural or cultural changes that we seek to bring about, how people are interpreting and responding to the change process, the level of engagement and morale and so on. We know in this process that we also wish to see whether there has been some success at initial ‘unfreezing’, then in creating and sustaining momentum in the ‘difficult middles’ of change, and whether we have established something that is sustainable and will endure, or will slip back. Finally, we know that we need to address issues of the ‘head’, the ‘heart’ and the ‘hand’.
